Chinese cabbage salad with sheep's cheese

Delicious vitamin bomb for the cold season!

Ingredients for 4 portions:

1/2 Chinese cabbage (medium) /// 150 g sheep's cheese /// 4 mild oil peppers /// 1 onion /// 1 - 2 garlic cloves /// olive oil /// juice of one lemon /// oregano, salt and pepper


• Chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
• Pour the mixture into a bowl and mix with the lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper.
• Remove the stalk from the Chinese cabbage and cut the lettuce into thin strips.
• Crumble the sheep's cheese and slice the chilli into rings.
• Mix all the ingredients together, leave the salad to marinate for approx. 1 hour and season to taste before serving. \\\
