Protecting our heritage  
  Hieronymus Manincor zu Ehrenhausen was the founder of "Manincor" in the year 1608. Manincor and our family were connected by marriage for the first time 1662. The service to Tirol of Kassian Ignaz En-
zenberg brought us the title of Count. Our family has been making wine in South Tyrol for over 300 years.		  
  Modern Tradition  
  Only in 1977 did "Manincor" come into our possession and develop from one of the largest suppliers of grapes in South Tyrol to a winery of its own. Since 1996, our young team has been dedicated to the highest quality both in viticulture and in the cellar: Because devotion to Manincors' legacy, means understanding and developing tradition in the spirit of the time.
